1. Acceptance
By signing up at storepro.in/signup or using any StorePro service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. The service
StorePro provides software that lets you (the shopkeeper) create and run an online storefront. We:
- Host the storefront pages on storepro.in
- Provide a dashboard at
/dashboard-v2.html?store=<slug>for managing orders and products - Operate a master registry that routes customers from
?store=<slug>URLs to your shop - Operate optional infrastructure (push notifications, Telegram relay) on a best-effort basis
Each shop's data lives in its own Google Sheet, owned by the shopkeeper.
3. Your responsibilities as a shopkeeper
- Accurate info — keep your shop name, phone, address, and product listings accurate
- Legal compliance — don't list, sell, or deliver anything that's illegal in your jurisdiction
- Customer service — you fulfill orders and handle refunds; StorePro doesn't intermediate
- Payments — UPI / cash transactions go directly between you and the customer; StorePro doesn't process payments or hold funds
- Tax / GST — your obligation, not ours
- PIN security — keep your dashboard PIN private; share with team members at your own risk
- Customer data — you are the data controller for orders received on your storefront. Honour customer requests for deletion / correction promptly
4. Prohibited content + behaviour
You must not use StorePro to sell or promote:
- Anything illegal in India or your local jurisdiction (drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, etc.)
- Adult content, gambling, financial scams, MLM schemes
- Hate speech, harassment, or content that targets protected groups
- Items that infringe trademarks or copyrights
You also must not:
- Spam customers with unsolicited WhatsApp / SMS / email broadcasts
- Probe, scan, or attempt to compromise StorePro infrastructure
- Resell or relabel StorePro as your own product
- Use the service to harvest customer data for purposes outside fulfilling their orders
Violation may result in immediate termination and, in serious cases, reporting to law enforcement.
5. Pricing and trials
StorePro is currently offered with a 14-day free trial. After the trial, paid plans (Starter / Pro) may apply. Prices are listed at storepro.in/signup and may change with 14 days' notice.
If you stop paying, your storefront is paused; your Google Sheet (with all your orders and products) remains in your Google account and is unaffected.
6. Service availability
StorePro is provided as-is, on a best-effort basis. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee any specific service level. Downtime can occur because of:
- Google Apps Script quotas or outages
- Vercel / Cloudflare infrastructure events
- Maintenance and deployments
If a critical outage affects orders, contact amitnegimca@gmail.com and we'll do our best.
7. Intellectual property
The StorePro software, brand, and infrastructure are ours. Your shop's content (products, photos, descriptions) is yours. Customer order data belongs to your customers and is processed on your behalf.
We may use anonymized usage statistics (e.g. "X stores in Y city processed Z orders this month") for marketing or product improvement. We won't identify your shop without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- StorePro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g. lost sales because of an outage)
- Total liability for any claim is limited to fees you paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000 if you're on the free plan
- StorePro is not a party to transactions between you and your customers; we are software, not a marketplace
9. Termination
You can stop using StorePro any time. Email amitnegimca@gmail.com to have your registry row removed. Your Google Sheet stays with you.
We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with notice when reasonably possible. We will return your data (it's already in your Google account) and refund any prepaid period not used.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be emailed to shopkeepers at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
